Can an event be hosted outside of regular business hours? ▾
Yes! Events can be hosted any time at our French wine bars, even outside our regular business hours. Whether you’re planning a birthday brunch, a graduation soirée, or a private wine tasting experience, at Vin Sur Vingt, we’re happy to accommodate our guests. Please reach out to our events manager for details.
Can I bring in decorations? ▾
Definitely! We love it when our guests make the space their own. You’re welcome to bring in decor and personal touches, just let our events manager know in advance, preferably when making a booking so we can accommodate you accordingly in our cozy wine bars.
Can we bring in an outside vendor? ▾
Yes, you can bring in outside vendors to our wine bars as long as we’re informed ahead of time and the vendor can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
Can the lighting and music be customized to my event? ▾
Absolutely — for private events, we’re happy to customize the lighting and music to match the tone of your celebration at our French wine bars. Just let our events manager know what your preferences in advance. Please note that customization is not available for semi-private events.
Do you have A/V equipment? ▾
Yes! We can provide a screen and a projector at any of our wine bars. If you require additional A/V equipment, you're welcome to bring it in, just let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements.
